Comments: I really like these products, so I hate to give them a negative review. However, their online service is horrible. I received my first package with portions of products all over the inside of the package. That was a pretty expensive little accident that could have been avoided if somebody took packaging 101.
Next, I ordered again (why I don't know) and they use FedEx home service. You may have heard ads that say FedEx home delivery will ship at any point, but that is marketing since they work with individual contractors who work on their own schedule. Zirth required a signature on delivery and now my pacakge is in limbo somewhere. FedEx won't deliver at night and 3 e-mails to Zirth customer service has not helped.
Definitely recomend the products, they are excellent, but by at a department store or from another e-tailer, somebody who knows what they are doing.

Comments: I am quite pleased with the purchase I made through Zirh. Being a man it is sometimes not easy to buy stuff in public for these kinds of products, so I am even more glad there is a place like this that can offer privacy. Why can't we men take care of ourselves and try look better and younger?! LOL. (PS I am straight)
