I ordered a watch from Watchzone.com and even though I asked for 2nd day delivery it took 5 days. The watch did not meet my expectations and did not fit properly. I returned the watch to watchzone.com after calling regarding the watch and getting a return number. I sent the watch via postal service with delivery confirmation. The postal service delivered the watch and cofirmed its delivery, however customer service at Watchzone.com told me the watch had not been delivered. I submitted a clain with the US Postal Service regarding the watch and within 2 days received a reply notifying me that the watch was indeed delivered to Watchzone.com. I called customer service numerous times, and on one occassion was even told that there was nothing they could do for me. Another customer service representative told me that the had problems with shipping in the past and that sometimes packages were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the customer service department to request that a manager contact me regarding this issue, but so far I have received no replies. I would not recommend this company to nayone and will refrain from doing business with them in the future.
